The Residential Conveyancing department is our largest department with teams in each of our office locations. We are looking to strengthen our team in Hartlepool or Stockton with the addition of another Residential Conveyancer.
You should be someone who has experience of working within a busy conveyancing team. The role would look to build on the quality of service being offered to our clients so you need to be self-motivated and passionate about helping clients to navigate this important, and often stressful, life event for clients.
You should be confident in managing all aspects of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and unregistered titles. You should also have experience of managing a volume caseload and working with referrers.
You need to be confident in supervising support staff to ensure the best service for our clients.
The position is full-time, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday although part-time, at least four days per week will also be considered.
